{"id":2567,"date":"2022-09-23T09:22:09","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T07:22:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ilserveronline.net\/fdc2020\/?page_id=2567"},"modified":"2022-11-16T19:48:24","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T18:48:24","slug":"grape","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ilserveronline.net\/fdc2020\/grape\/","title":{"rendered":"Grape"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>&#8220;GRAPE &#8211; Local Social Green Resilience Action Plans for small and peripheral territories&#8221;<\/strong> is a european project co-financed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_it\">EU Commission<\/a> under the SMP-COSME-2021-RESILIENCE-SEM Call (Grant Agreement n. 101074093).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3><strong>OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The project aims at <strong>experimenting the co-construction of local plans for the green, social and digital transitions in four small and marginalised territories engaging social economy actors<\/strong>. Thanks to the lessons learnt, a tool will be designed, that could then be used also by other municipalities willing to follow the same path.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3><strong>CONTEXT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Effective resilience to climate change, pandemic, economic and social crisis is inherently local.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>In the EU there are some 121 000 small municipalities<\/strong> (EUROSTAT, LAU2) often located in deprived area, with low budget capacities and<strong> far away from mainstream public development policies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here, often Social and Solidarity-based economy (SSE) actors and local community initiatives have a primary role in creating and managing economic and social activities and services, as the for-profit economy has left these areas to localise\u00a0<\/span>in more profitable ones or abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Social and Solidarity-based Economy and local communities may\u00a0therefore\u00a0contribute to the territorial resilience through the experimentation of innovative solidarity-based solutions encouraging local stakeholders to cooperate and use their resources to tackle local challenges. Local resilience and local stakeholders&#8217; participation are the key concepts of this project, willing to drive and boost environmental, energy, digital, social, and economic transitions of local communities in an ambitious, systemic and solidarity-based way, developing local solutions to local needs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3><strong>PARTNERSHIP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smaller territories are a perfect laboratory to showcase in a reasonable time frame the impacts of such experimentation, at the same time contamination of good practices is easier at such a scale. Consequently, the project consortium is composed of 4 small complementary territories in 3 countries: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comune.mirabellaimbaccari.ct.it\">Mirabella Imbaccari<\/a> (IT), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comune.malegno.bs.it\">Malegno <\/a>(IT), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bonares.es\">Bonares <\/a>(ES), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sifnos.gr\">Sifnos <\/a>(GR), together with an experienced European public authorities&#8217; and SSE actors&#8217; network (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.revesnetwork.eu\/wp\/\">REVES<\/a>) and a regional cooperative network (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.faecta.coop\/index.php?id=conocenos\">FAECTA<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For each territory, in addition to the respective municipalities, an SSE organisation has been involved: <a href=\"https:\/\/fdcmessina.org\/\">Fondazione di Comunit\u00e0 di Messina<\/a> (leader partner) in Mirabella Imbaccari, <a href=\"https:\/\/solcocamunia.it\/\">Sol.Co. Camunia<\/a> in Malegno, <a href=\"https:\/\/it-it.facebook.com\/COOPINTE\">COOPINTE<\/a> in Bonares and <a href=\"https:\/\/anemosananeosis.gr\/en\/\">Wind Of Renewal<\/a> in Sifnos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3>DELIVERABLES<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project will organise exchange missions and prepare 4 local action plans for a social green and digital transition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is structured in three different phases: <strong>in the first phase, 3 Social Economy missions (SEM) will be organised<\/strong> in Mirabella Imbaccari, Sifnos and Bonares, hosting each time the representatives of all partners.
